Orders & Payments

Simply browse our website, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna Buy Now Pay Later.
Please contact us at info@ztmegastore.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it.
Yes. All payments are processed through SSL encrypted checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Yes. We offer Klarna Buy Now Pay Later at checkout, subject to eligibility. 0% interest options may be available depending on your order value.
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your purchase is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across the United Kingdom and Europe. All orders are dispatched from our London base directly to your door.
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Europe delivery times vary by destination. Tracked and express options may be available at checkout.
Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders. Delivery charges for other orders and international destinations will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Yes. All orders are dispatched with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ztmegastore.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within a further 14 days of your notification.
Email us at info@ztmegastore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide full return instructions within 1 business day.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

Products & Warranty

Yes. All mobile phones sold by ZT Mega Store are brand new and genuine unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing.
Yes. All phones are fully SIM-free and unlocked, meaning you can use them with any UK or international network carrier of your choice.
Brand new devices carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Refurbished devices carry a 12-month warranty. Batteries and accessories carry a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers internal faults arising from normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, jailbreaking, rooting, or normal wear and tear.
Email us at info@ztmegastore.com with your order number and a description of the fault. Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Gold & Bullion

Yes. All gold bars and coins are sourced exclusively from LBMA approved refiners including PAMP Suisse, Metalor, Umicore, and Heraeus. Purity and authenticity are fully guaranteed on every order.
Yes. All investment gold sold by ZT Mega Store carries a fineness of 999.9 and qualifies as VAT-free investment gold under HMRC regulations, meaning no VAT is charged on your purchase.
All gold orders are dispatched fully insured with tracked delivery for complete peace of mind. We do not dispatch gold orders without full insurance cover.
Due to the nature of investment gold, all bullion sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Emails received over the weekend will be responded to on the following Monday.
Our store is launching in April 2025. We are based in London and currently operate online, delivering across the UK and Europe with more exciting developments on the way.
