Refund policy

Return Period

• You have 20 days from purchase to notify us of a return
• Once approved, you have 10 days to send the item back
• Total: 30 days to complete your return

Conditions

• Item must be returned in original condition
• Returns in poorer condition may receive partial refund
• Returns after 30-day notification period will not be refunded

Returning Your Item

• Use Royal Mail Special Delivery (recommended)
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
• We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit if not insured

Processing Time

• Allow up to 3 business days for initial processing
• Most returns completed within 48-72 hours
• During busy periods: 7-14 days

Refund Timeline

• Notify within 30 days of purchase
• Return within next 15 days (45 days total)
• Refund processed after QA inspection
• Allow up to 14 days for refund to appear in account

Important Notes

• Special order items (boxes, screen protectors, batteries) are not eligible for refunds
• Remove all passcodes and account locks before returning
• Items with passcode/locks will delay processing
