Investment gold (24ct, 999.9 fineness) is exempt from VAT in accordance with HMRC guidelines. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. 4. Orders & Contract Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. 5. Delivery We deliver to the United Kingdom and Europe. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ZT Mega Store is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries and collections are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All gold orders are sent fully insured. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. 6. Returns & Refunds Our returns policy forms part of these terms. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within a further 14 days of your notification. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Warranty Brand new devices carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Refurbished devices carry a 12-month warranty. Batteries and accessories carry a 3-month warranty. Gold & Bullion Products All gold bars and coins sold by ZT Mega Store are sourced from LBMA approved refiners including PAMP Suisse, Metalor, Umicore, and Heraeus. All investment gold sold meets the minimum purity of 999.9 fineness and qualifies as VAT-free investment gold under HMRC regulations. Authenticity and purity are guaranteed on all bullion products. 9. 22K Asian Jewellery All jewellery sold complies with UK hallmarking regulations under the Hallmarking Act 1973. Where legally required, items are independently hallmarked by a UK Assay Office. Items below the compulsory hallmarking weight threshold are accurately described in accordance with UK trading standards. 10.
