Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if an item is returned in a condition that differs from how it was received.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is straightforward. Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed quickly and without delay.

Contact Us First

Email us at info@ztmegastore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason for the return. Do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Receive Return Instructions

We will respond within 1 business day with full return instructions, including the correct return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Pack & Post Your Item

Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service. ZT Mega Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item you received was faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service when returning any item. We are unable to process a refund for items that do not reach us.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at info@ztmegastore.com and we will arrange collection or provide a pre-paid return label.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — credit or debit card, PayPal, or Klarna. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

If your return is not approved following inspection, we will contact you to explain why and discuss the next steps.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (faulty, incorrect, or damaged item).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault within the warranty period, or is not as described, please contact us immediately at info@ztmegastore.com with your order number and a description or photograph of the issue.

For faulty items we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

— A full refund to your original payment method
— A replacement of the same item
— A repair or manufacturer warranty claim where applicable

Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered in full by ZT Mega Store.

Gold & Bullion — Special Terms

All Bullion Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of investment gold and the live market pricing at which gold is sold, all gold bar and coin sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, incorrectly described, or is not as ordered.

If your gold order arrives with visible damage, incorrect weight, or is not what you ordered, you must contact us at info@ztmegastore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs of the item and packaging.

All gold orders are dispatched fully insured. In the event of a confirmed issue, we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you require.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued within 14 days, allowing you to place your new order.
