You will immediately receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a full summary of your purchase. For bank transfer payments, our payment details will be included in this email.

Step Seven

Receive Your Bullion

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched from our London base. All bullion is shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging for your privacy and security.

A signature will be required on delivery. Your order remains fully insured until it has been signed for. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel can be held at your local sorting office or delivery depot for collection.

You will receive a dispatch notification email with your full tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Some, but not all bars include an assay certificate. This is most common with newer, smaller bars (typically sub-100g). Where an assay card or certificate is included, this will be shown in the product photography or mentioned in the product description.

All of our gold bullion bars are 24 carat and 999.9 pure. Bars typically carry stamped specifications showing the manufacturer name, gold purity, weight, and serial number. All brand-new bars are supplied directly from globally recognised, LBMA approved refiners including PAMP Suisse, Metalor, Umicore, and Heraeus — each of whom are listed on the LBMA's current membership list.
