We deliver across the United Kingdom and Europe. All orders are dispatched from our London base — ZT London Ltd, Unit 4, 4 Cyprus Road, London, N3 3RY.

Free tracked delivery is available on all UK orders over £200. Orders below £200 will be charged a standard delivery fee, clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Europe delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.

📦 Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return it to us. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. In such cases, return postage will be covered in full by ZT Mega Store.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. To start a return, please email us at info@ztmegastore.com with your order number.
