We deliver across the United Kingdom and Europe. All orders are dispatched from our London base — ZT London Ltd, Unit 4, 4 Cyprus Road, London, N3 3RY.
Free tracked delivery is available on all UK orders over £200. Orders below £200 will be charged a standard delivery fee, clearly shown at checkout. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your full tracking number.
📦 Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return it to us in its original condition and packaging with all accessories included.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the full return cost.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
